Healthy Nutshell is not a healthcare provider and does not maintain medical records. Any health-related information collected is used solely to assess programme suitability and provide coaching services.
Healthy Nutshell will only use testimonials, reviews, progress stories, photographs or other marketing materials with your prior consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Healthy Nutshell. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

- Facebook Groups (community support)

- FloDesk (email marketing system)
- Vimeo (hosting and sharing coaching recordings and educational content)
Healthy Nutshell may also use social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, for communication, marketing and lead generation purposes. If you interact with Healthy Nutshell through these platforms, your personal data may also be processed by the relevant platform provider in accordance with its own privacy policy.
These providers may process personal data only to support the delivery of Healthy Nutshell's services.
5. Community Participation
Healthy Nutshell may provide access to a private Facebook community as part of its coaching programmes. Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for any information you choose to share within the community. Healthy Nutshell cannot control how other participants use information voluntarily disclosed by members.
